Kristen Mancherian

Kristen grew up in Lakeland, Florida and comes from a family of appraisers, developers, landlords, and realtors. She graduated Florida State University with a BS in Information Systems and Finance and moved to Colorado in 1997 to begin a consulting career for the Global firm Accenture. She enjoyed the corporate-client relationships and decided to take that to a more personal level, and has been in the Denver real estate business for the last 15 years. She enjoys the many life long friends she has made through her career in real estate. Kristen also owns a fix and flip business with her brother and enjoys running numbers and getting her hands dirty. Kristen currently resides in the Platt Park neighborhood with her husband, Randy and their two daughters. In her free time she enjoys amazing Colorado weather, all the great restaurants in Denver, the park with her family and dog, and yoga.

She was a member of the Presidents Circle at Coldwell Banker. She has her CNE ( Certified Negotiation Expert ) designation. She was an Executive Club Member – 2016. Managing Broker Certification.
