Emily grew up in Dayton, Ohio. After graduating in 2000 from The Ohio State University with a BS in Family Therapy and a minor in Psychology, she moved to Colorado in 2001. She began a career in Marketing with a Littleton based medical consulting company and after three years realized that her passion was working one-on-one with clients. Emily developed an interest in Real Estate when she assisted her husband with his fix and flip and remodeling business. She joined RE/MAX of Cherry Creek in 2007 and founded the Gunlock Hoster Group in 2011. In 2018, Emily and her husband Brad, a general contractor, joined forces and formed Gunlock Homes Real Estate and Development. Customer service is her top priority. Emily currently resides in East Wash Park with with her husband Brad and their two sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family as well as biking, skiing, Pilates and Yoga. She is also a huge fan of college football.

She has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and GREEN designations from the National Association of Realtors, as well as the Certified Negotiation Expert designation. She has received the 100% Club, Executive and Platinum designation from Re/Max and most recently she was honored with the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame award.
